All our products are handcrafted and made to order with care and intention. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
However, your satisfaction and trust are important to us. If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item. Once verified, we will be happy to send you a replacement product at no additional cost or provide a refund.
