2. Orders & Payments

• All products are made to order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded except as outlined in our Return Policy.

• Payments must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

4. Returns & Replacements

• Because our products are handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns.

• If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 2 days of delivery with supporting photos, and we will send a replacement free of charge.
